A Loire Chateau
It's a long time since I posted on this site!! I am still living my dream in a fairytale château, but a different one!! I have moved from the Auvergne and returned to the Maine et Loire again!

Dreamed of living in a Chateau? Now is the time!
If you have a property dream, then now is the time to pursue it ! Prices are now at their lowest, and the only way they will move now, is UP!!!

We first realised our ' Chateau' dream in 1989. Prices were at rock bottom then too, and buying at that time was the best decision we have ever made-- it enabled us to fulfil our dreams and make money at the same time, as we were able to open our doors to others who shared the same passion for these lovely old buildings. The business possibilities are numerous , for example-- photo shoots, weddings, bed and breakfast, self catering holiday accommodation, party hire, guided tours, and many more. The land alone can be exploited if desired and building permission is in the pipeline already. On the other hand a 9 hole golf course is another possibility.
Finally, living in a Chateau is not just about lifestyle, it is actually a humbling experience feeling closer to a forgotten period .However,it is now time for us to downsize, so regretfully we have to move on!
